Her Vital Blend is formulated to support women’s health before, during & after menopause, using carefully selected nutrients and botanicals that are clean, bioavailable and safe for most individuals.
However, before using, please consider the following:
Contains vitamin A, which should not be used during pregnancy , unless your doctor or primary healthcare practitioner advises otherwise. It should also be taken with care if you are already taking other sources of preformed vitamin A.
Contains iron - We use iron bisglycinate—a gentle, well-absorbed form of iron at a dose considered safe for most individuals. However, this product may not be suitable for those with conditions involving iron overload, such as haemochromatosis.
Contains Ashwagandha - A traditional adaptogen included to support stress resilience. Not recommended during pregnancy and may not be suitable for individuals with certain thyroid conditions.
*May also contain other cereals containing gluten, nuts, celery, mustard and sesame.
